Magnat monitor reference 3A, 2-way bass reflex active speaker with all-rounders

With a width of 205 mm and a height of 335 mm, the Reference 3A is still a real shelf speaker and of course it offers the complete range of capabilities that the other models in the range have. As a supplement to the TV, for example, it raises its sound skills to a completely new level, but is also a full-fledged stereo system with all mentioned possibilities. Sometimes music from your smartphone can be realised just as easily as an evening of relaxed music from vinyl. A chic lowboard, a TV set, a turntable and a set Reference 3A, we already see it in front of us. The 25 mm high tweeter dome is also the equipment of choice, the acoustic rounding down takes over a 170 mm deep midrange that ensures the right kick up to 34 Hz.

Compact, strong and active

The integrated amplifier provides 2 x 40 watts continuous power or 2 x 80 watts peak power making the reference 3A a full-fledged HiFi speaker. The crossover intervenes at the 3A at 3,300 Hz. Also with this system there is of course an active and a passive speaker, the latter is simply connected to the active specimen via cable.
